Hi! I’m Cassidy, and I am a Personal Trainer/Wellness Coach as well as a professional Actor/Singer/Dancer. Coming from a small town in British Columbia, Canada I started my journey in fitness during my time in NYC studying at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA). After graduating from a two year conservatory program, I went on to perform in cabarets and even an off-broadway production.
Through performing I fell in love with dance, and through dance I fell in love with fitness. Fitness became a constant in my life, not only did I love the way it had transformed my body, but my more active lifestyle helped improve my mental health. With this realization,
I made the decision to leave NYC to pursue a career in the health & wellness field. Moving back to Canada, I started my work as a Personal Trainer while pursuing theatre, film, and modelling on the side. Although still working in the industry, my dream is to help people live happier, healthier, longer lives.
Whatever your goals, whatever your needs, let’s find the right fit together!

“I started working with Cassidy a few years ago with the intent to just rehab after a knee injury and move on. Little did I know, working with her would completely change the way I saw, spoke and thought about my body. Within months my mindset had shifted from just get the rehab done to the goal of getting stronger through continuous and consistent hard work.”
“The Devil, Satan, demon - are some of the things I call Cassidy during our training sessions (and some which I can’t write down). She’s got eyes in the back of her head so if you’re thinking of slacking off for part of that set, she’s on you faster than a raccoon going through leftovers. If you need someone to distract you during a particular hard-set, she can do that while helping you keep count.”
“She’s a pint-sized drill-sergeant that makes me sweat buckets (or tears, I can’t tell) but I felt the strongest and fittest when I was training with her!”
Cassidy is very creative; she will use your dining chair, couch, pillows, and make you do things you never thought you would do in your living room. We met 2 times a week, and she provided me with 3 other workouts that I can do without her - all of which she held me accountable for. What I love about her too is that she takes time to really explain the exercise to you, in profound detail, narrating what you should and shouldn’t be feeling, all the while focusing on your strengths and improving your weaknesses.
